There is a total of 164 sewing machines and
total production workforce is 265 persons plus 4 production supervisors.
Plant has 2 cutting tables. One of them is 23
meters and the other one is 10 meters long. All cutting and pattern equipment
is Eastman. There is 1 fabric inspection machine.
Montly capacity
is around 115,000 pieces of mostly 3
botton polo placket knit tops however Pruva also uses some outside sewing
contractors if additional capacity
needed.
There is also a
seperate and independent quality control team with 8 in-line inspectors plus 35
end-line and final quality control personnel.
